The 2021 was fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks and Malolactic fermentation did not occur.
White flower, tart strawberry, melon, and lemongrass all carry the nose. The 2021 is most aptly characterized by zippy acidity and fresh fruit. The palate drives this home, with a brightness that keeps a bit of a tighter edge on the wine. Notes of gun flint, background tropical pineapple, lemon lime, and fresh strawberry are also present. The finish is clean, crisp, and chalked with lively fruit.
