The 2021 Sonoma Coast Appellation Pinot Noir is a blend of 2 vineyards from the western reaches of Sonoma County. Aromatics of cotton candy, fresh soil, cherry cola, and damp river rock are all present. The palate is lean and pops pleasant alternating notes of salinity and soft acidity, which gives this wine excellent balance. The palate finishes soft and smooth, incorporating more notes of smooth rock and saline, complimenting the fruit nicely.
