Sweet apple pie, vanilla, dusty graham cracker, warm baking spices, and trace amounts of wet stone initially flood aromatics. The first sip expresses elegant acidity, which immediately gives way to viscous notes of honeysuckle, pear, lemon, and creme. This mid-palate dawdles just long enough to allow the acidity to pull flavors to the back of the tongue and linger long after finishing the first sip.
