The nose is quite layered. Notes of toasted honey, white flower, lively vanilla bean, and coconut macaroon swirl harmoniously. The palate is medium bodied, and carries notes of baked butter cookies and dried apple. The wine swings refreshing, as partial Malolactic fermentation keeps acidity pert. The palate is also beautifully balanced, and the weight matches the fruit which matches the structure. The finish is ripe green apple, toasty vanilla, and sweet fruits, creating delicious length and complexity.
