The Stars blend is our homage to the mighty Pacific. Sourcing from coastal vineyards heavily influenced by the ocean, factors such as wind, fog, rain, and clouds tend to produce vines that have struggled a bit, growing in conditions not traditionally associated with optimal farming.  Yet they persevere anyway, and as the morning damp and wet slowly burns off, the sun’s radiance pokes holes through the dark, nourishing and warming the vines.  Life continues forward, forever supported by the natural and ethereal forces that allow us to farm these tenacious coastal vines.

The aromatics on this wine are quite unique…strawberry, wet earth, and gun flint, with a ton of overall aromatic brightness.  The palate carries soft tannin across hi tone cherry, with lovely weight and balance.  The finish pushes more bright cherry, toasted oak, and rounded acidity.
