VML Phoenix Wine Club Dinner

Join us, Phil and Sylvia Hurst, along with our son Clay, his fiancée Natalie (who is also the wine club manager!), and our esteemed Winemaker Ross Reedy, on Saturday, August 24th for our first annual VML Phoenix Rising Dinner. This special evening is dedicated to our cherished members as we toast to new beginnings and the rebirth of the winery. 

We will be serving an amazing family-style dinner prepared by local Chef Dan Lucia. The menu features a perfectly cooked beef tenderloin finished with an Earth Pinot reduction and mushroom sauce, accompanied by generous family-style sides including local cucumber and tomato salad with vinaigrette, seasonal vegetable pasta, quinoa with herbs and olive oil, and for dessert, a juicy Dry Creek peach cobbler with whipped cream.*

Dinner includes a welcome glass of wine and tastes of a range of latest VML releases with additional wines available by the glass and bottle.

When dinner is over, we will dance the night away with a private show from talented local star, Dustin Saylor and his full band.

It’s going to be a great night, and we can’t wait to re-connect or meet you for the first time at this special event right in the heart of Downtown Healdsburg.

Fine Wines: A welcome glass will be served upon your arrival and samples will be poured of your favorite VML wines throughout the evening. Individual bottles will be available for purchase.

Price: $95 per person (21+, no children including infants, while we love your furry friends, please leave them home for the event)
